Why we created the Academy

Care experience worth sharing

Alvis has been caring for pets since 2019. Over that time, our team has gained experience with thousands of dogs and cats, each with their own personality, habits and needs.

In our everyday work, we see how hard it can be for owners to navigate conflicting advice and understand their pets. There is plenty of love, but clear, accessible knowledge about behaviour and care can be harder to find.

That is why we created Alvis Academy, our team’s education project. We want to make knowledge more accessible: explain complex topics in plain language, help people prepare for life with a pet and find support when questions arise. Through articles, courses and meetings with specialists, we share knowledge that helps people make informed care decisions.

How do you start a consultation?

Details vary by specialist and consultation option. Here is what to clarify before you meet.

Describe your situation
Explain what you need help with, when the difficulty began and when it occurs. Include the questions you would like to discuss.
Agree on the format and scope
Check the location, price and what is included. Agree on a location with the dog trainer; choose an online or Bydgoszcz appointment for a cat consultation.
Prepare your observations
Note your pet's routine, what you have already tried and relevant background. Ask the specialist which materials to prepare.
Discuss the next steps
Clarify recommendations during the meeting and ask about further work together. Follow-up contact depends on the service you choose.
